Jeffrey is a director at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he had extensive experience in tax law and was a Judge Advocate General with the United States Air Force. Jeffrey acted as a criminal prosecutor and defense attorney with extensive court room experience. This was followed by extensive experience in the Air Force medical law program defending the United States in medical malpractice cases throughout the country and serving as in-house counsel to one of the Air Force’s largest medical facilities. He returned to Phoenix in 1995 specializing in medical malpractice defense. Since 1995 he has tried numerous jury trials as a first chair attorney with excellent results in catastrophic injury cases. He is a founding director and former managing director of Campbell, Yost, Clare & Norell
Jeffrey is licensed to practice in Arizona (1985); Arizona Supreme Court; United States District Court; United States Tax Court; United States Court of Military Appeals. Jeffrey is active in various community service activities. He is a frequent lecturer for numerous Arizona physician and health care organizations on medical liability issues. He has taught courses for the trial section of the State Bar of Arizona and has spoken at international symposiums on various medical legal topics.
