Brian is a director at the firm. He defends physicians, hospitals, and other professionals with claims filed against them. Brian also devotes a substantial part of his practice to assisting insurers and construction businesses in defending construction defect and construction accident claims, as well as with construction insurance coverage and indemnity claims. Brian also regularly prepares coverage opinions for insurers, and litigates declaratory judgment, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith cases. Brian has also assisted numerous motor vehicle dealerships throughout Arizona by defending tort, commercial, contract, fraud, and statutory liability against them.
Brian is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Colorado. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. He has served on the Maricopa Lawyer Editorial Board for a number of years, frequently writing about issues concerning court rules. Brian is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Bench-Bar Committee. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute’s Insurance Law, Medical Liability and Health Care Law, and Construction Law Committees, and was a speaker at its Automotive Liability Litigation Seminar.
