Practice Areas: Transactional law including real estate, health care, banking, business entities, and Native American law.

Experience: Andy has been practicing law since 1979. He practiced law in Colorado for six years prior to relocating his practice to Arizona in 1985. Andy maintains a non-litigation transactional law practice emphasizing real estate transactions (including acquisition, sale and commercial leasing), health care (i.e., non-litigation representation of hospitals, physician groups, and physician/hospital organizations, providing services such as contract review and negotiation, credentialing, licensing, advice regarding medical staff issues, state and federal regulation compliance); banking and finance (as borrower's or lender's counsel including loan negotiation and documentation and workouts); and corporate law (including entity formation and governance) and health care contracts, real property, housing and economic development, and gaming financing for Native American Tribes. During his legal career, Andy has represented clients in business transactions involving more than 1.5 billion dollars.

Education: University of Denver, 1976, BS Business Administration; University of Wyoming School of Law, 1979, J.D. with Honors.

Other: Andy is a member of the Pima County (Arizona), Colorado and American Bar Associations, and the State Bar of Arizona. He was appointed to the Colorado and U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, in 1979; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, in 1981; the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, in 1985. He was a shareholder and director of Campbell, Yost, Clare & Norell, PC, from 2001-2018. Andy is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Health Law Section of the American Bar Association, and Arizona Association of Health Care Lawyers. He is a former Chairman of the Steele Children's Research Center, one of the eight centers of excellence at the University Of Arizona College Of Medicine, and was one of the founders of and original legal counsel for Tu Nidito Children's Hospice.
