Experience: Evan is an associate at the firm where he has worked since graduating from William & Mary School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Evan was an intern in the Office of the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia, working on False Claims Act litigation in the Medicare Fraud Control Unit. He also gained experience representing low income individuals before the Internal Revenue Service in William & Mary's Federal Tax Practice Clinic and providing free legal assistance to students and faculty of the university as the Assistant Director of Student Legal Services.
Other: Evan is licensed to practice in Arizona (2008). He is a member of the Arizona and Pima County Bar Associations. Evan is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Catalina Foothills School District Foundation.
