Experience:  Ken practiced law with firms in Cleveland and Arizona for nine years prior to joining Campbell, Yost, Clare & Norell, P.C. as an associate in February 2010.  He started his career in 1998 as a judicial law clerk for an appellate judge with the Eleventh District Court of Appeals, in Trumbull County, Ohio.  Ken has gained extensive litigation experience as both a plaintiff's and defense attorney handling a wide array of cases, including wrongful death, automobile/trucking/motorcycle, medical negligence, construction defects, dram shop, contract, professional negligence, product liability, and premises liability.  Ken has tried in excess of 10 cases to courts and juries, argued several appeals and appeared before administrative agencies in the States of Arizona and Ohio.

Other:  Ken was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1998 (currently inactive) and Arizona in 2005.  He is admitted to the United States District Court, District of Arizona, United States District Court, District of Southern Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
