Experience:  Troy joined Campbell, Yost, Clare & Norell, P.C. as an associate shortly after graduating law school and being admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2010.  Immediately prior to then he was a law clerk for the firm.  In law school, Troy was selected and participated in externships for the Arizona Attorney General Office's special civil litigation section, the Staff Attorneys at the Arizona Supreme Court, and the U.S. Attorneys Criminal Division.  He also clerked at various other private firms during law school.

Other:  Troy is the author of "On the Radar: Government Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Their Effect on Public Privacy Interests from Fourth Amendment Jurisprudence and Legislative Policy Perspectives." 49 Jurimetrics J. 491-518 (2009).  He is a member of Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.  Prior to law school, Troy was an aviator and university assistant professor while an active duty US Navy commissioned officer.  He is currently a naval officer in the Individual Ready Reserves.
