Experience: Mark is an associate attorney at the firm and possesses over 25 years of civil litigation experience throughout Arizona's state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Mark practiced with other law firms in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. His past legal experience includes: medical malpractice defense, insurance defense litigation, construction defect litigation, premises liability, collection law, bankruptcy law and personal injury law. His current practice is devoted primarily to the defense of healthcare providers in medical negligence and wrongful death litigation. He also handles commercial litigation, collection matters and personal injury law for firm clients.

Education: Arizona State University, 1984, B.S. in Business Administration; Creighton University, 1990, J.D.

Other: Mark has litigated civil cases throughout Arizona in state and Federal court. He has served as local counsel in complex commercial litigation matters in Maricopa County. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and formerly a member of the Tucson defense bar. He has served as a fee arbitrator for the State bar of Arizona. Prior to practicing law, Mark was employed for three years as a financial analyst with Caterpillar Inc., a Fortune 50 company.
